Project Two - Percussion Duo

projecttwo EPG Bands hosted a percussion duo on Sunday called Project Two. This event was a "live art experience" featuring 2007 EPG graduate, Daniel Eastwood and his cousin, Chris Mrofcza. They played several pieces for drums, marimba, and even clapping hands. The gentlemen even composed music of their own for the event. Daniel is currently studying Music Performance and Jazz at Northern Illinois University, and we are very grateful that he and Chris were able to give back by sharing their talents with us.

September is Responsiblity Month at GGS

Responsibility will be the character education focus for students at Gridley Grade School for the month of September.  three area will be stressed:

- Do what you're supposed to do
- Keep on trying
- Always do your best

Students were also given a Responsibility bookmark to help remind them of the character goal for September.
